Problem: Virus causes computer crash at, "Verifying memory pool data." Hi, my computer recently crashed (Melissa virus?) and now I can not get it past... verifying pool data.. I cant type any thing. What should I do??
Boot your computer with a Windows Startup Disk (make sure the disk is write protected) or from the Windows CD-ROM. Then you should try to reload Windows to the same directory it was originally installed in. If you successfully reload Windows you should then go online and visit our Free Online Virus Scan page and run the virus checker to clean the virus from your system.
If you can't install Windows to its current directory then you have to load Windows to a new directory, or format your hard drive and reinstall Windows.

Resolving Windows Fatal Exception Errors. First -- Please do not format your hard drive. Formatting the hard drive and reloading Windows is one of the last steps you should take, as it may not solve your problem.
Fatal Exception Errors are usually caused by deletion or corruption of Windows system files, computer viruses, out-of-date hardware drivers, or ill-behaved software programs. Some errors are well documented but most are not.
It would be easier to determine what is causing your problem if you could remember what program or driver you loaded that caused these errors to occur.
As this is not always possible to do, I suggest you do the following in the order presented. Determine if the error has corrected been by rebooting and using your computer before going to the next step.

1. Disable all antivirus programs from starting up automatically -- do not disable firewall programs. Visit our Free Online Virus Scan page and run the virus checker to clean any new computer viruses from your system.
2. Visit your computer and other component manufacturers, and make sure you have the most recent Windows drivers for your video card, sound card, modem, printer, scanner, and for any other peripheral you use.

ou can slash Firefox's slow load time by compressing the DLLs and executables. There are many choices for compression but I suggest you use UPX which is free, efficient and time proven.

1. Download UPX from http://upx.sourceforge.net/#download

2. Unzip upx.exe into your Firefox installation folder which is normally C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox.

3. Make sure Firefox is not running then shell to a command prompt in the Firefox installation directory.

4. Type in the following command in a single line and hit return:

The setup of the Cell processor is like having a team of processors all working together on one chip to handle the large computational workload needed to run next-generation video games. In order to understand how the Cell processor works, it helps to look at each of the major parts that comprise this processor.

The "Processing Element" of the Cell is a 3.2-GHz PowerPC core equipped with 512 KB of L2 cache. The PowerPC core is a type of microprocessor similar to the one you would find running the Apple G5. It's a powerful processor on its own and could easily run a computer by itself; but in the Cell, the PowerPC core is not the sole processor. Instead, it's more of a "managing processor." It delegates processing to the eight other processors on the chip, the Synergistic Processing Elements.

The computational workload comes in through the PowerPC core. The core then assesses the work that needs to be done, looks at what the SPEs are currently processing and decides how to best dole out the workload to achieve maximum efficiency.

When?It hit U.S. shelves on November 17, 2006 and will release in Europe and Australasia in March 2007.
How much? The U.S. price of the 60GB configuration is $599 and expect the 20GB configuration to go for $499.
The SPEs used in the Cell processor are each SIMD (Single Instruction, Multiple Data), 128-bit vector processors. Vector processors are designed to quickly process several pieces of data at once. They were commonly used in the 1980s in large, powerful, scientific supercomputers and were created as a faster alternative to the more common scalar processor. Scalar processors can only work one data element at a time. Despite this limitation, advances in scalar design and performance have made the use of vector processors very rare these days in most computers. However, because of the vector processor's ability to handle several data elements at once, IBM resurrected this design for the Cell. There are eight SPEs on the chip, but only seven of them handle processing. The eighth SPE is built in as redundancy in case one of the other seven fails.

The SPEs each come loaded with 256 KB SRAM. This high-speed memory helps each SPE crunch numbers quickly. The SPE memory is also visible to the main Processing Element. This allows the PowerPC Core to utilize the resources of each SPE in the most efficient way possible. All of this amounts to unprecedented power for a piece of consumer electronics.

Menyambut Ramadhan, banyak acara digelar kaum muslimin. Di antara acara tersebut ada yang telah menjadi tradisi yang “wajib” dilakukan meski syariat tidak pernah memerintahkan untuk membuat berbagai acara tertentu menyambut datangnya bulan mulia tersebut.
Puasa Ramadhan merupakan salah satu dari kewajiban puasa yang ditetapkan syariat yang ditujukan dalam rangka taqarrub (mendekatkan diri) kepada Allah k. Hukum puasa sendiri terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu puasa wajib dan puasa sunnah. Adapun puasa wajib terbagi menjadi 3: puasa Ramadhan, puasa kaffarah (puasa tebusan), dan puasa nadzar.

Keutamaan Bulan Ramadhan
Bulan Ramadhan adalah bulan diturunkannya Al Qur’an. Allah k berfirman:

شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ الَّذِي أُنْزِلَ فِيْهِ الْقُرْآنُ هُدًى لِلنَّاسِ وَبَيِّنَاتٍ مِنَ الْهُدَى وَالْفُرْقَانِ

“Bulan Ramadhan adalah bulan yang di dalamnya diturunkan (permulaan) Al Qur`an sebagai petunjuk bagi manusia dan penjelasan-penjelasan mengenai petunjuk itu dan pembeda (antara yang haq dan yang batil).” (Al-Baqarah: 185)
Pada bulan ini para setan dibelenggu, pintu neraka ditutup dan pintu surga dibuka.
Rasulullah n bersabda:

إِذَا جَاءَ رَمَضَانُ فُتِحَتْ أَبْوَابُ الْجَنَّةِ وَغُلِقَتْ أَبْوَابُ النِّيْرَانِ وَصُفِدَتِ الشَّيَاطِيْنُ

“Bila datang bulan Ramadhan dibukalah pintu-pintu surga, ditutuplah pintu-pintu neraka dan dibelenggulah para setan.” (HR. Al-Bukhari dan Muslim)
Pada bulan Ramadhan pula terdapat malam Lailatul Qadar. Allah k berfirman:

إِنَّا أَنْزَلْنَاهُ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ. وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ. لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌ مِنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ. تَنَزَّلُ الْمَلاَئِكَةُ وَالرُّوْحُ فِيْهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِمْ مِنْ كُلِّ أَمْرٍ. سَلاَمٌ هِيَ حَتَّى مَطْلَعِ الْفَجْرِ

“Sesungguhnya Kami telah menurunkan Al Qur’an pada malam kemuliaan. Tahukah kamu apakah malam kemuliaan itu? Malam kemuliaan itu lebih baik dari seribu bulan. Pada malam itu turun malaikat-malaikat dan malaikat Jibril dengan izin Tuhannya untuk mengatur segala urusan. Malam itu penuh kesejahteraan hingga terbit fajar.” (Al-Qadar: 1-5)

Penghapus Dosa
Ramadhan adalah bulan untuk menghapus dosa. Hal ini berdasar hadits Abu Hurairah z bahwa Rasulullah n bersabda:

الصَّلَوَاتُ الْخَمْسُ وَالْجُمْعَةُ إِلَى الْجُمْعَةِ وَرَمَضَانُ إِلَى رَمَضَانَ مُكَفِّرَاتٌ لَمَا بَيْنَهُنَّ إِذَا اجْتُنِبَتِ الْكَبَائِرُ

“Shalat lima waktu, dari Jum’at (yang satu) menuju Jum’at berikutnya, (dari) Ramadhan hingga Ramadhan (berikutnya) adalah penghapus dosa di antaranya, apabila ditinggalkan dosa-dosa besar.” (HR. Muslim)

مَنْ صَامَ رَمَضَانَ إِيْمَانًا وَاحْتِسَابًا غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ

“Barangsiapa yang berpuasa Ramadhan dengan keimanan dan mengharap ridha Allah, akan diampuni dosa-dosanya yang terdahulu.” (HR. Al-Bukhari dan Muslim dari Abu Hurairah z)

Rukun Berpuasa

a. Berniat sebelum munculnya fajar shadiq. Hal ini berdasarkan hadits Rasulullah n:

إِنَّمَا اْلأَعْمَالُ بِالنِّيَّاتِ

“Sesungguhnya amalan itu tergantung niatnya.” (Muttafaqun ‘alaih dari hadits ‘Umar bin Al-Khaththab z)
Juga hadits Hafshah x, bersabda Rasulullah n:

مَنْ لَمْ يَجْمَعِ الصِّيَامَ قَبْلَ الْفَجْرِ فَلاَ صِيَامَ لَهُ

“Barangsiapa yang tidak berniat berpuasa sebelum fajar maka tidak ada puasa baginya.” (HR. Ahmad dan Ashabus Sunan)
Asy-Syaikh Muqbil t menyatakan bahwa hadits ini mudhtharib (goncang) walaupun sebagian ulama menghasankannya.
Namun mereka mengatakan bahwa ini adalah pendapat Ibnu ‘Umar, Hafshah, ‘Aisyah g, dan tidak ada yang menyelisihinya dari kalangan para shahabat.
Persyaratan berniat puasa sebelum fajar dikhususkan pada puasa yang hukumnya wajib, karena Rasulullah n pernah datang kepada ‘Aisyah x pada selain bulan Ramadhan lalu bertanya: “Apakah kalian mempunyai makan siang? Jika tidak maka saya berpuasa.” (HR. Muslim)
Masalah ini dikuatkan pula dengan perbuatan Abud-Darda, Abu Thalhah, Abu Hurairah, Ibnu ‘Abbas dan Hudzaifah ibnul Yaman g. Ini adalah pendapat jumhur.
Para ulama juga berpendapat bahwa persyaratan niat tersebut dilakukan pada setiap hari puasa karena malam Ramadhan memutuskan amalan puasa sehingga untuk mengamalkan kembali membutuhkan niat yang baru. Wallahu a’lam.
Berniat ini boleh dilakukan kapan saja baik di awal malam, pertengahannya maupun akhir. Ini pula yang dikuatkan oleh jumhur ulama1.
b. Menahan diri dari setiap perkara yang membatalkan puasa dimulai dari terbit fajar hingga terbenamnya matahari.
Telah diriwayatkan oleh Al-Imam Al-Bukhari dan Al-Imam Muslim hadits dari ‘Umar bin Al-Khaththab z bahwa Rasulullah n bersabda:

إِذَا أَقْبَلَ اللَّيْلُ مِنْ هَهُنَا وَأَدْرَكَ النَّهَارُ مِنْ هَهُنَا وَغَرَبَتِ الشَّمْسُ فَقَدْ أَفْطَرَ الصَّائِمُ

“Jika muncul malam dari arah sini (barat) dan hilangnya siang dari arah sini (timur) dan matahari telah terbenam, maka telah berbukalah orang yang berpuasa.” (HR. Al-Bukhari dan Muslim)
Puasa dimulai dengan munculnya fajar. Namun kita harus hati-hati karena terdapat dua jenis fajar, yaitu fajar kadzib dan fajar shadiq. Fajar kadzib ditandai dengan cahaya putih yang menjulang ke atas seperti ekor serigala. Bila fajar ini muncul masih diperbolehkan makan dan minum namun diharamkan shalat Shubuh karena belum masuk waktu.
Fajar yang kedua adalah fajar shadiq yang ditandai dengan cahaya merah yang menyebar di atas lembah dan bukit, menyebar hingga ke lorong-lorong rumah. Fajar inilah yang menjadi tanda dimulainya seseorang menahan makan, minum dan yang semisalnya serta diperbolehkan shalat Shubuh.
Hal ini berdasarkan hadits Ibnu ‘Abbas c bahwa Rasulullah n bersabda:

الْفَجْرُ فَجْرَانِ فَأَمَّا اْلأَوَّلُ فَإِنَّهُ لاَ يُحْرِمُ الطَّعَامَ وَلاَ يُحِلُّ الصَّلاَةَ وَأَمَّا الثَّانِي فَإِنَّهُ يُحْرِمُ الطَّعَامَ وَيُحِلُّ الصَّلاَةَ

“Fajar itu ada dua, yang pertama tidak diharamkan makan dan tidak dihalalkan shalat (Shubuh). Adapun yang kedua (fajar) adalah yang diharamkan makan (pada waktu tersebut) dan dihalalkan shalat.” (HR. Ibnu Khuzaimah, 1/304, Al-Hakim, 1/304, dan Al-Baihaqi, 1/377)
Namun para ulama menghukumi riwayat ini mauquf (hanya perkataan Ibnu ‘Abbas c dan bukan sabda Nabi n). Di antara mereka adalah Al-Baihaqi, Ad-Daruquthni dalam Sunan-nya (2/165), Abu Dawud dalam Marasil-nya (1/123), dan Al-Khathib Al-Baghdadi dalam Tarikh-nya (3/58). Juga diriwayatkan dari Tsauban dengan sanad yang mursal. Sementara diriwayatkan juga dari hadits Jabir dengan sanad yang lemah.

Siapa yang Diwajibkan Berpuasa?

Orang yang wajib menjalankan puasa Ramadhan memiliki syarat-syarat tertentu. Telah sepakat para ulama bahwa puasa diwajibkan atas seorang muslim yang berakal, baligh, sehat, mukim, dan bila ia seorang wanita maka harus bersih dari haidh dan nifas.
Sementara itu tidak ada kewajiban puasa terhadap orang kafir, orang gila, anak kecil, orang sakit, musafir, wanita haidh dan nifas, orang tua yang lemah serta wanita hamil dan wanita menyusui.
Bila ada orang kafir yang berpuasa, karena puasa adalah ibadah di dalam Islam maka tidak diterima amalan seseorang kecuali bila dia menjadi seorang muslim dan ini disepakati oleh para ulama.
Adapun orang gila, ia tidak wajib berpuasa karena tidak terkena beban beramal. Hal ini berdasarkan hadits ‘Ali bin Abi Thalib z bahwa Rasulullah n bersabda:

رُفِعَ الْقَلَمُ عَنْ ثَلاَثَةٍ: عَنِ الْمَجْنُوْنِ حَتَّى يَفِيْقَ وَعَنِ النَّائِمِ حَتَّى يَسْتَيْقَظَ وَعَنِ الصَّبِي حَتَّى يَحْتَلِمَ

“Diangkat pena (tidak dicatat) dari 3 golongan: orang gila sampai dia sadarkan diri, orang yang tidur hingga dia bangun dan anak kecil hingga dia baligh.” (HR. Ahmad, Abu Dawud dan At-Tirmidzi)
Meski anak kecil tidak memiliki kewajiban berpuasa sebagaimana dijelaskan hadits di atas, namun sepantasnya bagi orang tua atau wali yang mengasuh seorang anak agar menganjurkan puasa kepadanya supaya terbiasa sejak kecil sesuai kesanggupannya.
Sebuah hadits diriwayatkan Ar-Rubayyi’ bintu Mu’awwidz x:
“Utusan Rasulullah n mengumumkan di pagi hari ‘Asyura agar siapa di antara kalian yang berpuasa maka hendaklah dia menyempurnakannya dan siapa yang telah makan maka jangan lagi dia makan pada sisa harinya. Dan kami berpuasa setelah itu dan kami mempuasakan kepada anak-anak kecil kami. Dan kami ke masjid lalu kami buatkan mereka mainan dari wol, maka jika salah seorang mereka menangis karena (ingin) makan, kamipun memberikan (mainan tersebut) padanya hingga mendekati buka puasa.” (HR. Al-Bukhari dan Muslim)
Sementara itu, bagi orang-orang lanjut usia yang sudah lemah (jompo), orang sakit yang tidak diharapkan sembuh, dan orang yang memiliki pekerjaan berat yang menyebabkan tidak mampu berpuasa dan tidak mendapatkan cara lain untuk memperoleh rizki kecuali apa yang dia lakukan dari amalan tersebut, maka bagi mereka diberi keringanan untuk tidak berpuasa namun wajib membayar fidyah yaitu memberi makan setiap hari satu orang miskin.
Berkata Ibnu Abbas c:
“Diberikan keringanan bagi orang yang sudah tua untuk tidak berpuasa dan memberi makan setiap hari kepada seorang miskin dan tidak ada qadha atasnya.” (HR. Ad-Daruquthni dan Al-Hakim dan dishahihkan oleh keduanya)
Anas bin Malik z tatkala sudah tidak sanggup berpuasa maka beliau memanggil 30 orang miskin lalu (memberikan pada mereka makan) sampai mereka kenyang. (HR. Ad-Daruquthni 2/207 dan Abu Ya’la dalam Musnad-nya 7/204 dengan sanad yang shahih. Lihat Shifat Shaum An-Nabi, hal. 60)
Orang-orang yang diberi keringanan untuk tidak berpuasa namun wajib atas mereka menggantinya di hari yang lain adalah musafir, dan orang yang sakit yang masih diharap kesembuhannya yang apabila dia berpuasa menyebabkan kekhawatiran sakitnya bertambah parah atau lama sembuhnya.
Allah k berfirman:

فَمَنْ كَانَ مِنْكُمْ مَرِيْضًا أَوْ عَلَى سَفَرٍ فَعِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَيَّامٍ أُخَرَ

“Maka barangsiapa di antara kamu ada yang sakit atau dalam perjalanan lalu ia berbuka, maka wajib baginya berpuasa sebanyak hari yang ditinggalkan pada hari-hari yang lain.” (Al-Baqarah: 184)
Demikian pula bagi wanita hamil dan menyusui yang khawatir terhadap janinnya atau anaknya bila dia berpuasa, wajib baginya meng-qadha puasanya dan bukan membayar fidyah menurut pendapat yang paling kuat dari pendapat para ulama.
Hal ini berdasar hadits Anas bin Malik Al-Ka’bi z, bersabda Rasulullah n:

إِنَّ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَضَعَ عَنِ الْمُسَافِرِ نِصْفَ الصَّلاَةِ وَالصَّوْمَ وَعَنِ الْحُبْلَى وَالْمُرْضِعِ

“Sesungguhnya Allah telah meletakkan setengah shalat dan puasa bagi orang musafir dan (demikian pula) bagi wanita menyusui dan yang hamil.” (HR. An-Nasai, 4/180-181, Ibnu Khuzaimah, 3/268, Al-Baihaqi, 3/154, dan dishahihkan oleh Asy-Syaikh Al-Albani t)
Yang tidak wajib berpuasa namun wajib meng-qadha (menggantinya) di hari lain adalah wanita haidh dan nifas.
Telah terjadi kesepakatan di antara fuqaha bahwa wajib atas keduanya untuk berbuka dan diharamkan berpuasa. Jika mereka berpuasa, maka dia telah melakukan amalan yang bathil dan wajib meng-qadha.
Di antara dalil atas hal ini adalah hadits Aisyah x:

كَانَ يُصِيْبُنَا ذَلِكَ فَنُأْمَرُ بِقَضَاءِ الصِّيَامِ وَلاَ نُأْمَرُ بِقَضَاءِ الصَّلاَةِ

“Adalah kami mengalami haidh lalu kamipun diperintahkan untuk meng-qadha puasa dan tidak diperintahkan meng-qadha shalat.” (HR. Al-Bukhari dan Muslim)

Wahai manusia! Sungguh telah datang pada kalian bulan Allah dengan membawa berkah rahmat dan maghfirah. Bulan yang paling mulia disisi Allah. Hari-harinya adalah hari-hari yang paling utama. Malam-malamnya adalah malam-malam yang paling utama. Jam demi jamnya adalah jam-jam yang paling utama.

Inilah bulan ketika kamu diundang menjadi tamu Allah dan dimuliakan oleh-NYA. Di bulan ini nafas-nafasmu menjadi tasbih, tidurmu ibadah, amal-amalmu diterima dan doa-doamu diijabah. Bermohonlah kepada Allah Rabbmu dengan niat yang tulus dan hati yang suci agar Allah membimbingmu untuk melakukan shiyam dan membaca Kitab-Nya.

The creation of your first info product is a huge first step toward implementing multiple streams of income in your business. It means that you have something to sell prospective customers to "size you up" as they consider purchasing your services, that you can sell something 24-7 from your website that demonstrates your expertise, and that you're well on your way to creating a passive revenue stream for your business.

Your process doesn't have to be as detailed as I've outlined here, but if you want to do a thorough job in the creation process, I suggest that you embark on all the steps.

1. Solution to a Problem. The best-selling information products provide a direct solution to a major problem of your target market. If you're a professional organizer, the problem might be how to clean and store and organize holiday decorations so that they can be easily found and used from year to year. If you're a weight loss coach, the problem might be how to stay motivated when you've hit a weight loss plateau. Jot down some of the primary problems of your target market and the process by which you help your clients resolve these issues.

2. Determine Your Offering. Info products come in all types of formats, from ebooks to ecourses to recorded teleseminars to podcasts to special reports to CD and DVD sets. Take stock of your target market and determine what format would best fit their lifestyle. Are they virtual business owners who work from home at their computers for most of the day? Then an ebook or ecourse would probably work well for this group. Are they busy executives who travel frequently? Then you might consider a portable audio format. You can also combine formats to appeal to a variety of learning styles or lifestyles.

And, of course, cost is a major consideration. Do you want to create a physical product that has to be shipped, or would an electronic download work? There are much greater costs on your end to produce a physical product than an electronic one, and you also have to deal with product fulfillment as well if you choose to sell a physical product. I tell my clients to start with an electronic version and test it out, and if it's successful, move to a physical product, which has greater perceived value in the eyes of consumers.

3. Pricing. Pricing of info products is all over the map. Check out your competition (yes, there will be competing products on the same topic aimed at the same target market) and see what they're charging. You also need to take a look at your contact database and make some assessments of the value of your information to them as well as what you think they will pay. You can survey your database to determine this info, or base it on comparable offerings in the marketplace. Many times my clients get hung up on the notion of comparing pricing for their info product to what they can find in the local bookstore. Generally, pricing for info products is higher than retail bookstores because the info being sold online is specialized for a target market and is delivered immediately upon order (if it's an electronic download).

The pricing strategy that also seems to sell better online is ending your price with a 7, like in $17, $47, etc. If you offer a high-priced product, consider offering payment via an installment plan, where you charge a bit more each month for the product than if someone were to pay for the product in full at time of purchase.

4. Technology. Do you have the technology in place to create and deliver your offering? If it's an ebook, you'll need either a PDF writer program or ebook compiler software. For an audio program you'll need a microphone and audio recording and editing capabilities. For an ecourse you'll need either autoresponder software or a direct to desktop solution. For delivery you'll need a shopping cart that can deliver electronic products or take shipping info for physical products as well as some type of merchant account to take credit and process credit cards. You'll also want a sequential autoresponder service to follow up with your buyers.

5. Create the Product. This is typically the most labor intensive part of the process, as you're actively recording or writing or videotaping your information for the product. Some products are easier to create than others, especially if you're recycling other content that you have into a new product. If you're starting from scratch, however, give yourself a full 3-6 weeks of steady work time for product creation. After creating the product you may want to have it proofread and/or edited in some fashion by a proofreader or an audio/video expert.

6. Graphics. A picture tells a thousand words, and more importantly, info products sell better when the visitor has a graphic representation of this intangible info product item. If graphic design isn't your specialty, find someone to design an ebook cover or podcast album art for you. You may want to have the designer also create a website header banner for the product that you can use on your sales page. You can generally have both of these done for around $200. The more professional your image, the better perceived value your product has.

7. Domain, Hosting, and Website. I believe that each info product should have its own domain name and sales page to be most effective. Domain names are pretty inexpensive, so you could actually buy several for each product -- one that reflects the product name, for example, and one that reflects the result someone will receive after using your product. You can use the various domain names and websites for a variety of testing purposes as you go to sell your product. If your plan to create multiple info products, you'll probably want to obtain a website hosting account that will enable you to host multiple domains from the same account. Another option is to forward your product's domain name to a "hidden" page of your primary site.

8. Copywriting. There is a specific formula to copywriting for one-pages sales letter websites. The best way to get ideas for your sales letter is to create a Marketing Swipe file of other sales copy that you like. From your swipe file take a look at the headlines, the introduction, the subheadlines, the listing of benefits, the product description, the outline of the features, the call to action (request to buy), the closing, and the postscripts. You'll begin to see a pattern emerge when you look at 4-5 sample sales pages.

9. Shopping Cart. Once your product is complete, you need to upload the product into your shopping cart and set up the cart for purchases. This may mean that you also need to set up shipping and handling charges for physical products and integrate your shopping with your shipper of choice. If your state requires the collection of state sales taxes, you'll need to integrate that as well.

10. Followup Autoresponders. Creating a series of autoresponders to follow-up with a customer after purchase enables you to stay in front of the customer and reminder her about your other product/service offerings. Design a series of 3-5 autoresponders that will be sent out after a purchase to check in with your customer and tell her the next step she needs to take after her purchase. This might mean referring her to another info product, asking her to join some type of subscription service, or experiencing your service with a free trial.

11. Capturing Contact Info. Sadly, not everyone who visits your website will buy what you're selling. However, you can still capture their contact info by creating a free giveaway for those who may not be ready to buy. This might be a special report or free ecourse, and you follow the same steps outlined previously for creating this giveaway. You'll also need to create 3-5 followup autoresponders here as well that will ultimately offer them your product once again.

12. Publish and Promote. Now, you're ready to sell. Publish your website and begin to promote your offering to your own database. You can create a buzz about your product by writing a press release, offering a free teleclass, buying ads on other websites or in other newsletters, publishing articles, creating podcasts, purchasing pay-per-click advertising, requesting colleagues to send out notices to their contact lists, and creating an affiliate program in which others can sell your product for a commission.

Creating your first info product can be a time-consuming process. However, once it's created, you stand to earn income from it for years to come. Start to expand your business offerings today with information products.

â€¢ CORRECT KEYWORDS GROUPING â€“ A better approach is to set up 3 separate ad groups for the above keywords and employ related, similar keywords in the titles. One group could focus on â€“ "Home Business", "Home Based Business", "Business from Home", etc. â€“ Examples of ads that that are relevant are â€“ "Best Home Based Business" or "$1,000/Day-Home Business" (some of the keywords are in the title)

Then create another ad group for each of the other keywords such as â€“ "Earn Money", "Earn Money from Home", "Earn Extra Money", etc. Your next ad group would include some if not all keywords in the title like â€“ "Earn Money Fast", "Earn Money While Sleeping" "Earn $3,000/Day", etc.

The bottom-line is, when you have the keywords matching the selection of words used in your ad, and your keywords appear in the headline, your ad will rarely be deactivated.

Following this principle, you just accomplished two thingsâ€¦not only will you not have to pay the higher price, but more likely, your cpc will drop even lower than what you paid before they asked you to increase your bid. Plus, your click rate is even higher because the ad is more relevant, which will lower your CostPerClick price.

How to tell if someone is lying? Carefully. All methods of lie-detecting, including polygraph machines, are regularly fooled or used improperly, resulting in mistakes. Negotiation is a mental and emotional game. Much of the result is dependent on the emotional strengths and vulnerabilities of the parties and, of course, their skills at capitalizing on these strengths and vulnerabilities.

I will discuss six key vulnerabilities to be aware of in negotiation.

Vulnerability Number 1: Fear

There is an old Chinese proverb that says that more sick people are killed by their own fear than are killed by the disease.

If a skilled negotiator smells fear in his opponent then he will quickly introduce tactics to capitalize on that fear.

There are all sorts of fears that weaken your position; fear of missing out, fear of messing up, fear of looking stupid and fear of being out negotiated are some of the more common fears that make you vulnerable to the skills of an experienced negotiator.

Vulnerability Number 2: Greed

Nothing leads to rash decisions faster than greed. Greed allows you to be manipulated and it is the greatest ally of conmen.

Most people have some degree of greed and it is important to be aware of this in yourself and manage it, and also be aware of it in your opponent and capitalize on it.

Any time that you are negotiating any form of investment, be particularly aware of influence of greed.

Vulnerability Number 3: Ignorance

If you don't know what you are doing then it is hard to do a good job.

There are two areas where ignorance can create weakness in negotiation.

The first is lack of knowledge of negotiation techniques and strategies. The second is in poor pre-negotiation research.

Vulnerability Number 4: Time limits

I like to think of negotiators as either the sellers or buyers. Buyers are the people who need solutions and sellers are the people who are providing the solutions.

If a buyer has a strict and impending deadline and they are having trouble finding solutions then they are vulnerable to a seller with an appropriate solution.

On the other hand, if a seller has a time sensitive solution and the buyer has lots of options then the closer the deadline comes the greater the vulnerability of the seller.

Vulnerability Number 5: Strong need

If your need to make the deal is stronger than the other party's need to make the deal then you are in a vulnerable position, as soon as the other party becomes aware of this situation.

For this reason skilled negotiators develop the ability to disguise their true level of need.

Vulnerability Number 6: Ego

The moment that you start operating on ego then you have opened yourself to all manner of manipulation by a skilled negotiator.

A good salesman of luxury items uses his client's ego to help him inflate the price and sell things that the buyer neither needs nor wants.

Ego is too expensive to take to the negotiation table with you. Leave it outside.

Vulnerability in negotiation is something to protect yourself against and also something to capitalise on if it is the other party who is vulnerable. Look for the signs of vulnerability and become skilled at all the techniques that allow you to protect yourself from it and also to capitalise on it.

Before we launch into the nitty-gritty of link building, no beginners guide would be complete without a brief explanation as to why links are important and the different elements of them. Being a beginners guide this won't be an entirely complete list but it will be enough to get you going on the right path. Understanding what you're trying to do will help you do it better and more importantly, understanding the “why” of the situation will help you stretch your tactics outside of this and other articles on link building.

Why Are Links Important?

To put it simply: a link is a vote. Every link pointing to your site from another website tells the search engines that the other site finds your resource valuable and thus, the engines read this as a vote for your site. So it must be about getting tons of links and you're done right? Wrong. This is incorrect as ...

Not All Votes Are Created Equal

Unlike your own vote in an election, some votes are worth more than others and some votes are worth SIGNIFICANTLY more than yours (unless of course you're a content writer for the Google.com domain in which case you obviously have the top vote). The basic factors that affect a link's value to your website are:

The site strength – the strength of the site that is pointing to yours is a significant (and historically abused) factor in the valuation of links. In the absence of other easily-visible criteria let's look at PageRank as a key valuation of a site's strength. If a site with a PageRank 8 links to your site, this vote is worth significantly more than a link from a PageRank 3 site. This is because a PageRank 8 site is, in Google's eyes, a more important site than the PageRank 3 site.

Relevance – the relevance of a site linking to you is, if anything, more important than a site's strength. If you run a bed a breakfast in Utah a link from a PageRank 3 bed and breakfast will be worth more than a link from a PageRank 5 web design site. This area is a bit grey in that it relies on the engine's ability to determine what is relevant and what is not however we've seen evidence that this area is strong at this stage in the game and is only becoming more important over time.

Anchor text – the actual text used to link to your site is extremely important. I've seen extremely strong sites get beaten out by weak ones simply due to the poor use of anchor test. If you're building links to your site be sure to include your keywords in the text that links back and, if possible, the exact phrase you are trying to rank for. At the same time, you can't make all your anchor text exactly the same – how can that possibly look natural?

Position – the position of a link on a page and the number of other links on that page impacts the value of a link. A link in the footer of a page is given less weight than a link near the top, a link in the content of a page is given more weight than a link in a list of links and a link on a page with 50 other links is given less weight than a link on a page with only a few other links. If we think about it – this makes sense. All of these things indicate whether the site with the outbound links actually intends for one of their visitors to click the link or not. From an engine's perspective – the more it appears that a site wants a link to be clicked on, the higher the weight that link (or vote) is given.

Admittedly there are a number of other factors but this is a beginners guide. Following the considerations above will insure that as you make each link decision – you're odds of making the right choices will be significantly higher than if you ignore them. Ignoring them may not get you penalized or banned but it will make your task far more time consuming as you secure less valuable links and thus need to build far more than following he right methods.

So far we've covered briefly the why of link building, now let's get into the real-life, here's-how-to-do-it side of things. Below I'm going to cover three of my favorite link building tactics. These are tactics that apply to virtually every scenario. The number of ways to build links is only limited by your imagination however and this should not be viewed as a comprehensive list. This is, after all, a beginners guide and I'm trying to list the tactics that apply to virtually every scenario.

Side Note: Reciprocal Link Building

I'm not going to count this as one of my favorite and so it won't count as one of the three noted above and I'll only touch on it briefly. There have been a number of assertions that reciprocal link building is dead. This is simply not the case. I have seen and competed against sites that were very successful with reciprocal links as their primary link source.

The problem with reciprocal links isn't so much in their value which does seem to be a bit lower than non-reciprocal links however often more easily attained. No, my problem with reciprocal links is in the management. Unethical webmasters' removing links after you've put the link up to them, sites expiring and not being renewed, sites getting penalties of their own due to their bad tactics are all inconveniences the reciprocal link manager must deal with.

As an SEO company, a huge issue we faced was leaving our clients with this task after a campaign was over if they decided not to go on a maintenance package. Non-reciprocal links may be a bit harder to attain in some cases however that issue is much easier to overcome than the sum of all these issues.

Articles

If you're paying attention as you read this you'll probably have guessed that I'm a fan of article writing as a link building method. If you look to the “about the author” section you'll notice a link to the Beanstalk site (and if you don't, well ... let me know as somebody's stealing it without permission). While I genuinely enjoy writing and sharing my experiences with others – the purpose of getting the article distributed is primarily as a link building tactic, secondarily as a great source of qualified traffic and thirdly for my own enjoyment.

You are an expert in your field. Who knows more about your business than you? So share. Writing an article may not be easy but it is rewarding. If you can't think of a topic, think of what you get asked. If you're asked common questions repeatedly then chances are, it's a good topic for an article. I often get asked about link building, and you're reading the result.

Once the article is completed you need to get it syndicated. Using an article submission service is a simple way to get your article out to a large number of publishers quickly. On top of this you'd do well to seek out specific sites in your field using one or all of the major search engines to find highly relevant sites that accept articles and submit to them.

And oh, don't forget an “about the author” section. :)

Directory Submissions

Directory submissions are likely the most painful of the link building tactics you'll employ. Why? Because it's tedious and time-consuming work.

To be done right directory submissions must be done manually, the titles and descriptions must be tailored to the specifications of the directory in question and often, you'll have to decide if a review fee is worth it.

While there are a good many directories that accept free submissions there are also a large number that's require a review fee. The fee can range from a few dollars to a few hundred. If you see that a directory has a low PageRank, is general in it's nature (i.e. it isn't about your specific field) then it likely isn't worth more than a couple dollars if that. If the site is strong, and strongly related to your site then it's obviously worth more.

There is no hard-and-fast set of rules for how much a listing is worth. I'd recommend to start your hunt for directories (don't forget the topic and/or region specific ones), submit to all the free ones and make a list of all the ones that require a fee. After you've gotten a solid number in you “needs to be paid list” you can get a general idea as to what's out there and what you can get and for how much. This will enable you to make solid choices knowing what all your options are.

Forum Posting

I just know I'm going to get a couple comments and/or emails for listing this as a link building tactic but if it's done right there's nothing wrong with it. Forum and blog posting got a bad reputation as a link building tactic when it came under huge abuse by unethical webmasters spamming forums with useless garbage just for a link. They even went so far (and still do) as sending out spiders to automatically submit posts. To this end, I have to agree that it's a bad tactic however ...

If you're seeking out forums related to your site, reading the threads and responding with solid advice or with questions and not just firing off some sales-pitch then you're doing what you're supposed to be. Another perk to this is that, like articles, if you do this right you're gong to see traffic as well and what more can you ask from a link building tactic than traffic as well as links.

Conclusion

Above we've covered the basics of link building. As I've noted repeatedly, once you're done reading this and applying some of what you've read you'd do well to read other articles, forums and blogs. a hard disk, and the microprocessor cannot get to it without some instructions that tell it how. The BIOS provides
those instructions.

Some of the other common tasks that the BIOS perform include:

* A power-on self-test (POST) for all of the different hardware components in the system to make sure
everything is working properly
* Activating other BIOS chips on different cards installed in the computer - For example, SCSI and graphics
cards often have their own BIOS chips.
* Providing a set of low-level routines that the operating system uses to interface to different hardware
devices - It is these routines that give the BIOS its name. They manage things like the keyboard, the screen,
and the serial and parallel ports, especially when the computer is booting.
* Managing a collection of settings for the hard disks, clock, etc.
* The BIOS is special software that interfaces the major hardware components of your computer with the operating
system. It is usually stored on a Flash memory chip on the motherboard, but sometimes the chip is another
type of ROM.

When you turn on your computer, the BIOS perform many things in the following sequence:

1. Check the CMOS Setup for custom settings
2. Load the interrupt handlers and device drivers
3. Initialize registers and power management
4. Perform the power-on self-test (POST)
5. Display system settings
6. Determine which devices are bootable
7. Initiate the bootstrap sequence

Instead of posting blinking lights, cheap animation and a bobbing and bouncing monkey (or the paper football, although I totally rock at that one) Google matches vertical or horizontal blocks of text with the content of the web page. The ads don’t blink or jump around. Instead, they match or relate to the topic at hand, so the reader isn’t seized with the immediate need to get it off the screen right now no matter what it costs.
Traffic goes up, income goes up. Making money on the Internet - it may be the World Wide Web’s Holy Grail. Still, despite the simplicity, there are several steps savvy bloggers can take to give AdSense added oomph.
Here are some other almost obvious tips:
* Don’t make it boring. Boring equals bad. More importantly, boring drives readers away in two clicks. No one wants to read for three days straight why organizing your closet via season, not color, makes sense. Try to keep content fresh and continually updated. This may seem like a bold statement, but this article will explain to you exactly why it is true; Google and all the other big search engines including Yahoo and MSN cannot even see what your website looks like!
So, in order to explain, let’s start at the beginning. It’s important to know exactly what Google is and why it is there in the first place. Google is a huge network of linked computers dotted around the planet in locations called data centres. The purpose of these computers is simply to visit as many web pages as possible and store the text content that they find there so that it can be used to power their search results.
The sole aim of search engines (aside from making money) is to return useful and relevant results from user searches for specific keywords. For example if I were to type ‘web design Barnsley’ into Google, they would want to return the most useful websites that were genuinely relevant to the search key phrase ‘web design barnsley’.
In order to perform this task, Google and the other search engines employ software programs on their computers called search engine robots or ‘bots’. The purpose of these bots is to follow the links between web pages that they find on the internet, extract the text content that they find on each page and then move on to the next web page on its ‘to do list’. At no point during this process does Google or any other search engine stop to check out the intricacies of your company logo or stop to admire the lovely lighting effects that have been designed by your website designer. They simply take the text content, store it and move on! Think about it. Consider the mammoth numbers of websites on the internet, search engines don’t have the time to stop and think - they have more sites to visit!
Still not convinced? Let’s look at something else. Your website is made up from programming code called HTML which is used to structure the text and images that you have on your web pages. That Once in a week, i will publish my personal article about an advertising program which is Adsense. For those who still donae™t know what Adsense is, it is a pay-per-click adevertising program which website publishers can use to menetize their websites.
The first thing you need to know about Adsense is it is not a program where you can earn money esily. Well to said, your website or your blog need lots of traffic to take full advantage of this program. Now, you must be wondering on how to improve your website traffic. From my experience,for the first time my website receive very little hits per day which is about 30-50 hits. Its really bad and to solve the problems, I have use these methods:
1) Add good content
2) Do a SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
3) Improve the site layout
When I added good content to the website, website traffic increases to 100 hits per day. Website visitors is always hungry to find new information in the net. Regardless what is the type of your website/blog is, you must create a truly original content for it. Donae™t spend your time searching for free artilces because Adsense really donae™t like duplicate contents.
Another tips is let your visitors know what your website/blog offers to its visitors. Create a section for your new website visitors what they can gain by visitng your website/blog. Suggest them to comment on your entry so that they will feel they are belonging to your blog/website.
From their comment and suggestion, you can improve your website/blog more. Now, thats for the section for getting website traffic.
The next factor that you must take care is SEO which means Search Engine Optimization. Search engine that we will focsu is Google. Google receive million search per day. you can imagine a lot of people go to Google everyday to search for infromation. If youae™re lucky they will find your website. But itae™s not an easy way to do because SEO need lots of hard work and patience. The first thing you need to do when you have a website/blog is by giving its url to Google so that its crawler can search your pages and then include them in Google search engine.
